A good therapeutic alliance is a crucial element in any therapeutic work, and with this I endeavor to connect, human to human.

This may be your first step towards seeking support, or perhaps you’re seeking a change in the therapeutic approach. In my years of experience in the mental health field I have applied this lens; human to human connection, to working with personal growth, trauma, addiction in remission, anxiety, grief, depression, self-esteem, family and relationship conflict, struggles with immigration, and racial identity.

I offer a variety of relational, somatic, psychotherapeutic and cognitive approaches individualized to you and your therapeutic intentions. Specifically, my approach to therapy is eclectic. In my work with adults I draw from various modalities including Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Gestalt (experiential, embodied, relational, experimental), and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy.

As my teacher would say: "Our stories may differ, but in the realm of feelings, there is no discrimination." This belief reflects our shared humanity and interconnectedness. I view healing from past experiences as a vital step toward reconnecting with our authentic selves, and it is from this place that I feel called to meet you with openness, care, and understanding.

As long as you keep secrets and suppress information, you are fundamentally at war with yourself ... The critical issue is allowing yourself to know what you know. That takes an enormous amount of courage.
